In recognition of the achievement, Yasuhiro Takeuchi, CEO for Isuzu UTE Australia presented Mackay Isuzu UTE with a Japanese Daruma Doll. The Daruma Doll is designed to help the owner keep track of goals and used as motivation to complete them. The eyes of the doll are blank, with the first eye coloured in to mark the setting of a goal, and the second eye is only coloured in once this goal has been achieved, symbolising that both eyes are now ‘open’..
